Fiz uma encomenda e não foi possível inserir o meu NIF para a empresa. Mesmo contactando o apoio ao cliente não foi apresentada nenhuma solução, apenas me foi dito que não têm esta funcionalidade.
Após o sucedido resolvi cancelar a encomenda e também não foi possível reaver o dinheiro, apenas fazem devoluções para que fique a credito para uma futura compra.
Inadmissível. Serviço péssimo por parte desta empresa.

Já é a terceira encomenda que faço na TEMU e tem corrido td bem. O que encomendei era tudo dentro do esperado. Preços muito bons e portes gratuitos acima dos 10 euros. Um exemplo, encomendei uma saída de banho por 1,80 euros enquanto no chinês nas olhalvas, Leiria, está a 9,99 euros exatamente igual... Aconselho é um aparte... Pago sempre tudo com PAYPAL... É uma burla, A TEMU alicia as pessoas para encontrarem contactos, que os mesmos serão recompensados com uma prenda ou mais. os contactos que o interessado encontra acabam por nunca chegar. A TEMU é medida que nos vamos aproximando do objectivo da a falsa ilusão de que estamos quase e a mesma vai prolongando a meta tornando a mesma inalcansavel. Entretanto a pessoa após se aperceber disso acaba por desistir e ja depois de ter fornecido muitos contactos em vão. A isso chama-se desonestidade e falta de caracter. e estes senhores não são diferentes de muitos outros que ja existem. este procedimento acaba por deixar uma imagem podre do site em questão . obrigando os interessados a desistalar as suas contas no mesmo. e tudo isto por muito pouco. são na realidade uma decepção. depois vem com desculpas e frazes feitas que dedicam a todos os insatizfeitos, ou enganados. é uma vergonha.

Talvez haja pessoas com azar, mas a minha experiência tem sido excelente. Desde que instalei a temu tenho comprado vários artigos (40 ou 50). entregas muito rápidas, sem custos (acima dos 10€). Os produtos tem a mesma qualidade que em outros sites com a vantagem de ser muito mais baratos. Na primeira compra, encontrei um defeito, apesar do artigo funcionar, devolveram o dinheiro que ficou em crédito para outras compras, e no meu entender, bem. Sem perguntas e sem devoluções.
