I’m extremely disappointed with BC.Game. My withdrawal has been suspended without any reason, despite my account being fully verified. I’ve contacted support multiple times and received no clear response or timeframe for resolution.

DO NOT PLAY HERE! I don't even know where to start with how much trouble I have had with them..I can say that it is definitely a scam. The algorithm they use and payment tiers in their scripts, all bad news, it's just basically a large sniper bot controlling how much you can win based on how much you deposit each time. although you can win SOME money and cash it out sometimes, but their games have nothing to do with luck.. They haven't responded to me in weeks and have blocked my account, I have no idea even why and I still have money in there (and it just happens to be during this week that I get the bonus money, which is also just a total lie stupid that they only give you a bonus of like a dollar after betting like $10k) I don't see any and customer service simply will not reply matter what I do. if I move around that thing I would like to expose them so it can be liable for this total scam. they say that they're playing is fair over and over and I'll admit that it's fair if you play a couple million games but it's very obvious that there's something else going on. My account crypto tip permissions were suspended by BC.Game, for reasons I do not know. But, I checked the FAQ page and got to know that an Advanced KYC Verification is required to remove this barrier, which I subsequently did. It was mentioned on the Advance Verification page that it would take 1 week to verify my submission. It has been 1-2 weeks already post my verification and it still shows "pending review". I contacted the support regarding this and have not got a reply after 24+ hours of waiting.
