Eu estava sacando normal, já tinha feitos vários saques até ae tudo ok, só que chegou no dia 01/04 fui e saquei denovo, deu pra sacar tudo ok só que o dinheiro acabou retornando para conta com a mensagem de falha de auditoria, fui tentar sacar de novo e só que agora eu não consigo porque simplesmente dá um erro de permissão negada e não posso sacar suporte não ajuda com nada e não respondem email eu depositei e como que fica agora?

Me cadastrei na b.c Coloquei 10 reais pra testar e ver se a plataforma era boa e segura joguei cassino e perdi 10 e depois botei mais 20 e joguei denovo aí que ganhei um bom prêmio no jogo ,saquei uma pequena parte , daí quando fui Sacar denovo bloquearam meu saque e até hoje está dando permissão de saque negado , já faz 1 mês.

Não consigo acessar minha conta há mais de um mês, pede Verificação de Conta. Já enviei meus documentos e fiz até o KYC, mas ninguém desbloqueou.
