This is my experience with this site, it's been 13 days chasing the support team to get my winning amount, they are some kind of robots who doesn't understand the issue, I have raised three tickets already but all they did , answering same thing that money is credited to my account, I have given all the proofs including live video and bank statement, but their IQ level is really low and replying as a robot. I recieved 2$ bonus, i needed to wager 60$ on slots which is Okay. I asked on support what happens if i win more And complete wagering requirements.
