My id 73106957. I registered on this site on 04/21/2025. I made 2 bets, one lost, the other won. To withdraw funds, I was asked to undergo verification. I immediately uploaded my documents. After that, I immediately saw a message that my verification had failed and was no longer available. In the chat they said that I did it 6 TIMES! This is clearly a mistake, I have never registered on this site before. I demand payment of my deposit.

Stay away from bcgame sports live betting. Scammers. I was setting a bet, it was stated 3-0 when it in reality was 2-0. The goal was disallowed before. I sat the line -4 Asian handicap( should be -3 because of the wrong score).. So in reality it was 2-0. Scored two goals after this, so it should of been a win. But only getting a refund. Worst bookmaker/casino out there. Just scamming customers. Live chat is also horrible. Doesn't help and saying there is nothing they can do. Worst service by far aswell.
