I used BC Game for years, had 300k wagered lvl 37 and they had made well over 15k USD off me and that's fine because of all the days of endless entertainment and big wins they gave me, Lightning quick withdrawals and deposits with no questions asked. This sadly all ended one day when the provider SV388's live betting system glitched out taking double my bet amount, I placed the bet once and it removed my chips while never showing a active bet when the Odds moved , I placed the bet again and it went through for double my bet amount of 120$. I knew this was obviously some type of glitch so I contacted support where they offered no help OR explanation, they told me the bet registered as 1 bet and they wont do anything. The funny part is, I still had plenty of money left I was just very confused on what happened, I withdrew my remaining balance and they lost a long time customer over 60$... I have used the side for a year now and…
I have used the side for a year now and i am still waiting now for over 3 months for any help from the customer service. I have wrote multiple emails and was multiple times in the live chat no one was able to help me or even respond to me. Im still missing 100$ any serious buisness would help by the matter. So pls dont go there its fraud.
Update: now its almost 5 month and they still didnt helped me with anything even after replying to the old Review so again im warining everyone dont go there its fraudulent.

I had a very frustrating experience with BC.Game.
I placed a bet on “Over 1.5 yellow cards for River Plate in the first half.” Two yellow cards were issued: one to a player on the pitch and one to a substitute. That substitute later entered the match in the second half already booked, meaning the yellow card was issued during the first half — which should clearly count for this market.
However, BC.Game marked the bet as lost, and when I contacted support, I received one of the most absurd explanations I’ve ever heard: that “two yellow cards mean the bet is lost.” Later, they changed their version and claimed that yellow cards given to substitutes don’t count — a rule that was never disclosed in the Terms & Conditions or in the market description at the time of the bet.
This is unacceptable.
I’m not even demanding they settle the bet as a win — I understand it may be considered a gray area. What I do demand is a refund of the stake, as I placed the bet without any way of knowing that such a hidden rule would apply. On top of that, the support agent misinformed me, showing that even their own team didn’t know how this market worked.
BC.Game closed the case without taking any responsibility.
If you can’t be transparent with your users — or worse, if your support doesn’t know your own rules — how can anyone trust this platform?
