If you're thinking of depositing money here, DON'T DO IT. The customer support is absolutely horrendous, and their service is nothing short of a scam. I deposited money two months ago, lost access to my account, and have received zero help since then. I’ve provided all the necessary details to back up my case, but they either ignore me completely or send generic, unhelpful responses that clearly show they haven’t even read my issue.
I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but they just stop responding or send completely irrelevant responses. It’s almost as if they’re actively trying to avoid helping their customers.
The entire process feels like a scam from start to finish. If you value your money and peace of mind, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this site.
