Deposited hundreds on this platform and lost. At some point I got a 5$ bonus from free spins with 60x wager requirement (300$ wager).
Managed to wager and was up about 160$. Once the wager was completed I was credited 5$. Mind you, there were no terms and conditions mentioned for this bonus. I asked support about this and they simply stated that these are their conditions (which are mentioned nowhere).
Who would even bother to wager 300$ for 5$? It doesn't make any sense. It's the scammiest thing I've ever seen on an online casino.
Very bad experience on this site.Deposits often gets stuck and there is no resolution for 2-3 weeks. Live support
literally takes 10- 15 hours to reply with bogus answers. One of my deposits was never credited despite providing all necessary proofs.So it's a loss without even placing a bet. One of my deposit is still stuck and i don't know if they will credit it or steal it again this time.
Update: That stuck deposit is still stuck and no solution is provided whatsoever. Moreover another 2 deposits also got stuck and now approx 2000 usd is stuck in deposit. I think that the money is gone. It's a fraud platform to lure customers and loot their money. -0/10 stars. Very very very bogus site.

So i messages their apparent "24/7" support for days and I finally got a reply after days. They told me I need to do advance KYC which take 10 days. And then they said even if u do that your withdrawal might still not be processed. They are just throwing away excuses. Never play at this site. First times they will went through with ur withdrawal but at some point they will try to take ur money just like that. Advance KYC take almost 10 days and 95% failure rate most likely with the things they are asking from you.
And They are replying here saying they sent message to their support. Its all bs and lies. They don't do shit. Their live support is most likely im about 70% sure that it's AI generated and there is no real person behind it. Simply DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS WEBSITE. you'll get ripped of any minute now and then.

The biggest scam site I have ever played at. This site holds the record for most deposits from me without ever being in profit to withdraw. I have made 27 deposits on this site. Playing similar games from no limit and hacksaw because I like them. On other sites they have their ups and downs (like they’re supposed to) here it’s nothing but downs. I have made 27 deposits onto this site all of 100-150 euros each time. I’ve played at the lowest stake each time like I do everywhere and every single deposit has been lost but not because I play too long and don’t take any winnings nope I can’t win. Every start point of my balance never goes higher. If I don’t get any winnings there is no point in withdrawing right? Well 27 deposits…. 27. All lose from the first press never even +€0.01 all lost. Now I’ve played at a lot of casinos but I understand now why this 1 has 1.8 rating. I’m surprised it’s not lower actually. All I can say is hopefully it’ll get shut down eventually but I feel sorry for everyone else who’s been scammed by them. I’ll take my loss and take it as a life lesson. Not all casinos are legit.
