This site has major security issues/breaches

A warning to anyone using BC Game. This site has major security risks. My 2FA on this site was bypassed by a hacker. Despite reporting it immediately and providing all the info, to date there is not one single response from this company. The hacker was able to lock me out of my account and BC did nothing to resolve this. I have contacted live support many times and basically this company does not have adequate security measures to protect it's players. You leave funds in your account at your own risk here. 2FA means nothing in this site.


Edit: I already gave you all the details on the 4 April as well as filled out the form explaining the hack. How many more times should I email or contact your live support before you do anything? This is ridiculous. To date I have received nothing from you, not even an acknowledgement of my email reporting this. Stop responding here and get in touch directly with the person emailing you.

BC game was my favourite platform but need to fix issues soon

BC support are becoming the worst nowadays earlier it was quick response from them but nowadays they don't even respond after a days my 4 deposits are pending and it's been month now and they keep saying ask refund from your bank how it's possible the transactions are successfully transferred to the merchant account and still they don't help at all even after i provided all needed proofs i don't blame BC game because while playing it has supported me so many ways and even customer support was quick to respond if any issues accurd but from April 25th 2025 things has changed as a regular player i have sense it the live support not even care about your issues anymore and has spoiled the reputation BC has earn I feel very painful because I can't even trust to make deposits anymore as I'm constantly facing a deposit issues. I never seen a worst website like this.for monthly and weekly bonuses you need wager 1 million dolars.The customer support service is the worst ever, whatever you ask their answer will same copy past only,the answer for all questions is 'sorry for that caused', whatever you ask the answer same.If you win they will block your account and ask a non existing document,you will never get your withdraw.if you are ready to loss your money they play.
