Reached VIP 8 – No Level-Up Bonus, Support Ignoring Me

> I reached VIP Level 8 on BC.Game (Username: suresh7425, ID: 52583233), and I only received the Lucky Spin, not the promised Level-Up Bonus (BCD).
I’ve contacted support multiple times through live chat and email — no response at all. I even waited several days and tried through multiple channels.
For a platform that promotes its VIP rewards, this is very disappointing.
I’ve enjoyed playing here, but this experience is making me reconsider using BC.Game. Please respond and credit the missing bonus
