BC support are becoming the worst nowadays earlier it was quick response from them but nowadays they don't even respond after a days my 4 deposits are pending and it's been month now and they keep saying ask refund from your bank how it's possible the transactions are successfully transferred to the merchant account and still they don't help at all even after i provided all needed proofs i don't blame BC game because while playing it has supported me so many ways and even customer support was quick to respond if any issues accurd but from April 25th 2025 things has changed as a regular player i have sense it the live support not even care about your issues anymore and has spoiled the reputation BC has earn I feel very painful because I can't even trust to make deposits anymore as I'm constantly facing a deposit issues.
