Não consigo acessar minha conta há mais de um mês, pede Verificação de Conta. Já enviei meus documentos e fiz até o KYC, mas ninguém desbloqueou. Nunca fiz nada de errado com ela, só usava ela para fazer indicações e pequenas apostas. Peço que desbloqueiem, já fiz vários saques com sucesso. Preciso de uma solução urgente.

BC.GAME does not automatically lock or restrict accounts without reason and investigation. The restriction of accounts/withdrawals only occurs in instances of extreme abuse or if the situation warrants it.
