I’d like to tell my experience regarding a payout error in Lightning Roulette .
I placed a straight-up bet on number 24, which had a 2000x multiplier, but I received only the standard payout. The return should have been 20,000.Instead of that I got only 360. Even though I have screenshots proof and photo evidence bcgame support hasn’t replied my complaint since 2 days.
