Dear BC team,

I apologize for my actions, which I recognize are wrong and against your rules. I understand that I need to stop creating multiple accounts and depositing money into them. I notice that all of those accounts I created have been blocked, which I expected.

I have been trying to get your attention to help me withdraw the money from those accounts. I know you can assist me with this, and I am unsure what to do since those accounts contain funds. I need your help to merge those accounts. This is my last hope, and I have been sending you messages via email without receiving a reply.

Additionally, I have some suggestions to help your platform become more secure and to make it smoother to prevent people from creating multiple accounts. I would appreciate your assistance in retrieving my money from those accounts.
