I’ve only played here twice but I have a good time I deposited 10 dollars the first time and everything was great the second time I deposited 500 but didn’t accept the bonuses as you have to wager your money 50x so like 25000 which is insane but whatever when I deposited it said I unlocked 10% loss back for 24 hrs well within half an hour I lost my 500 dollars while I was pretty bummed it’s not the end of the world and I figured 10% loss back on 500 is at least 50 when I went to check it out I received 9cents in loss back you can’t even get a real support agent it’s just ai’s as a decent slender with over 100k wagered between a couple sites it’s crazy when a place throws away your business over 50 dollars other than that I enjoyed the games and the site would reconsider return and changing review if someone reached out and awarded me my loss back
Update: after seeing the reply they left below it makes me laugh out loud as they know you can’t post supporting documents on here they are a joke the customer service will not help you it must be straight ai as they never answer your question its more like it sends you a link to whatever keyword the algorithm picks up on I’ve emailed the recovery email twice for support I’ve went in the live chat 20 times every time they say sorry sir I need to escalate this and disconnect you and you never hear back truly despicable behavior
